Refund Policy
At Attobility, we value your satisfaction. While our subscriptions are generally nonrefundable, we understand that exceptional cases may arise. This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following situations:
- Duplicate payment or accidental overcharging.
- Technical errors that result in non-activation of your subscription
- Billing mistakes identified within 60 days of the charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind or personal circumstances.
- Partial use of the subscription period.
- Failure to cancel before renewal billing.
- Inability to access services due to user’s internet or device issues.
3. Refund Process
- Requests must be sent to info@attobility.com within 7 working days of discovering the issue.
- All approved refunds are returned to the original payment method only.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: If you cancel during a free trial, you will revert back to free immediately.
