Our Privacy Policy

Since our inception in 2006, our mission has been to revolutionize security and access technologies through innovation and unwavering commitment. Over the years, we have adapted, diversified, and evolved our offerings to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients and the market.

Today, Attobility represents a paradigm shift from traditional security to comprehensive information management. Our application features a sophisticated personal vault that ensures both security and convenience—enabling users to seamlessly manage various aspects of their lives, from healthcare, fitness, and personal grooming to financial wellness and social interactions, along with many other essential areas.

Information Collection and its use

“Personal Information” has the meaning defined in the Data Privacy Acts and/or Laws applicable to you. It includes any information or opinion relating to you (including information or opinions forming part of a database—such as your name, phone number, social media handle, postal address, email address, purchase history, payment details, and information about your access to our website and apps), whether true or not and whether recorded in material form or not, through which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.

Collection:

We collect personal information only when you register as a member on our site or app. By choosing to register and submit any information to Attobility, you grant us the right to store that information on servers located in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Asia.

The information we collect may include:

  1. First and last names, email address, and date of birth (mandatory when registering an account with Attobility).

  4. Physical condition and lifestyle activity data you voluntarily provide.
  5. Workout results and fitness progress data generated by your use of the app (e.g., workout duration, steps), including data from connected devices.
  6. Content you may share on community forums and chats.
  7. Optional input such as workout reviews, feedback, or survey responses.
  8. Direct communication data from emails, chat, calls, letters, or social media (e.g., mentions, hashtags, or links).

  1. Services accessed.

Sensitive Information: Users may choose to enter health-related data into the Attobility app, such as height, weight, or—in specific, privacy-controlled circumstances—pregnancy status. We only collect sensitive information with your explicit consent unless otherwise permitted or required by law. According to the Privacy Act, sensitive information includes health/genetic data, membership in professional associations, racial or ethnic origin, and some biometric identifiers.

Attobility primarily collects your personal information directly (via our website, apps, or your communications). In some cases, we may obtain information indirectly from third-party partners (e.g., fitness service providers) or for verification (e.g., credit checks, fraud prevention). When indirect collection occurs, we will inform you when reasonably practical.

You are not required to identify yourself when making general inquiries (e.g., about membership or registration). However, for certain services (e.g., fitness programs), identification may be necessary. If you choose not to provide requested personal information, we may be unable to offer the requested products or services, or access may be limited.

Unsolicited personal information

If we receive unsolicited personal information about you, we will, within a reasonable period of receiving it, determine whether we could have lawfully collected the information under applicable privacy laws if it had been solicited. If it is determined that we could have collected the personal information, we will treat it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and will notify you:

  • That the unsolicited personal information has been collected.
  • The circumstances of that collection.
  • That this Privacy Policy applies to that information.

If we determine that we could not have collected the information lawfully, we will destroy or de-identify it as soon as practicable.

Use of Information

We may use your collected information to service your account with us, including but not limited to:

  1. Providing products and services to users of the website and apps.
  2. Managing customer support and our relationship with you to improve services and enhance your experience.
  3. Operating our business, including statistical and marketing analysis, systems testing, diagnosing technical or service issues, maintaining and developing our website and apps, or handling disputes or claims.
  4. Administering and managing services, including billing and collecting fees or debts.
  5. Verifying your information and identity, and protecting against potential fraud or other unlawful or prohibited activities.
  6. Enforcing our user agreements.
  7. With your consent or as otherwise permitted by applicable data privacy law, delivering segmented and targeted marketing content such as product updates, services, events, and promotions.
  8. We may also use your personal information in other ways, and where we do so, we will provide specific notice at the time of collection and obtain your consent, unless otherwise permitted by applicable data privacy law.

We have established relationships with third parties to provide you with access to additional products and services that we do not directly offer. These services may be made available through hyperlinks to external websites from our own site or through "co-branded" sites, where both Attobility and the third party share the same domain name, uniform resource locator (URL), or web pages within a domain.

In some cases, you may be required to submit information in order to register for or apply for products or services offered by such third parties or co-branded partners. Please be aware that the privacy policies of these third parties may differ from ours, and Attobility does not control the information you submit to those websites. We strongly encourage you to carefully read the relevant privacy policy before responding to any offers, products, or services provided by third parties.

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and in compliance with applicable data privacy laws. We also require all third-party recipients, including our service providers, to handle your information securely and in accordance with applicable privacy regulations.

By using our services, you acknowledge that the personal information you provide may be transferred internationally, including to countries other than the one in which you originally submitted your data. Furthermore, courts, law enforcement, regulatory, or government agencies in Australia or other foreign jurisdictions may be able to access your personal information through lawful orders or applicable legal processes, regardless of the safeguards we have implemented.

You may also request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. We will respond to such requests free of charge and within a reasonable period.
