Information Collection and its use
“Personal Information” has the meaning defined in the Data Privacy Acts and/or Laws applicable to you. It includes any information or opinion relating to you (including information or opinions forming part of a database—such as your name, phone number, social media handle, postal address, email address, purchase history, payment details, and information about your access to our website and apps), whether true or not and whether recorded in material form or not, through which your identity can reasonably be ascertained.

We collect personal information only when you register as a member on our site or app. By choosing to register and submit any information to Attobility, you grant us the right to store that information on servers located in the USA, Australia, Europe, and Asia.

You may also request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal information we hold about you. We will respond to such requests free of charge and within a reasonable period. Withdrawal of Consent

Attobility does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the aforementioned age. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete it from our records.
